I bought 6 iPhones from UAE auctions and I received them from the Virtues Department of Dubai Police, three of them worked and three had to lock. Please open these devices and I have the proof for that.

The only way Apple will unlock them is if you can produce a copy of the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it. The receipt from the auction isn't good enough.
