Do the purchases say Apple.com/bill? If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

Are you the organizer in Family sharing? Do you have ongoing subscriptions? Do you share your card with anybody?

See your purchase history for the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
