Safari invasion

How do I stop invasive websites from spontaneously appearing on Safari? It does not happen in Chrome or Firefox.

Safari - Stop pop-up ads in.   


Safari popups that won't go away.    


Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.
