is there a way to restore an icloud backup that isnt the most recent one?

i recently got ios 14 public beta on my phone and now i want to go back to ios 13. i backed up my phone about 2 weeks ago to iCloud right before getting the new ios. if i reset my phone, is there a way to restore that specific backup instead of the most recent one (that happens automatically)?
