Hi! My right AirPod pro isn’t playing sound even though I’ve tried resetting multiple times. I’ve even tried the resetting network settings but it still doesn’t work. I just bought them in March. Please help!

"Texting"? I don't believe this was ever used by Apple Support as a communication protocol.
Yes, they've been very busy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Good luck contacting them. It does require patience.

What did Apple Support say when you contacted them (as suggested toward the bottom of the page)?
I tried texting them and it kept saying the message wasn’t going through so I tried calling them but was stuck on hold for an hour. I’ll try calling again later today
