Years old purchases

I’ve been on android on a few years but previously I had an iPhone which I bought many apps in and I want to get those apps on my new iPhone XR when I go into my account and purchase history is only shows 2020 as the oldest stuff is there anyway I can get those old purchases on my new phone?
