Disabled account

I’ve tried updating some apps but it keeps telling my account is disabled. I’ve reset my password and it still tells me the same thing and I’ve changed emails. What do I need to do?

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
