My iPhone is saying your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

so i dont think this is a question but my iphone is saying your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, so what do i have to do.

You need to update your payment method for your Apple ID. If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Assign a PayPal Account:

If you have no other cards, then you could probably open a PayPal account (if an option to you). You would assign PayPal as your method of payment, rather than a card. Once, added to your account, remove this card using the above link.
