Erase Concern

So If my Phone & ipad Are connected to the same Apple Icloud . & decided to Factory Erase My ipad . Will My Phone be effected ?

No. You can Erase All Content and Settings or perform all of the steps in the following without it erasing your other devices or iCloud. What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
