Again, thank you for your feedback. I’ve followed your advice and tried Apple Support without success. I think saying that I can’t get AirPlay to work on my new iPad Air says it all! I’ll try taking the problem to Genius Bar. Again, thanks for your help!
I will copy the same message I sent almost 12hours ago, as saying airplay doesn't work, isn't helpful, you need to provide more info, such as what you're using airplay for, what your trying to airplay to. We ain't mindreaders, I am completely confused, you come asking for help, but never explain what the issue is, other than airplay doesn't work.

Thanks for the suggestion. I haven’t yet solved the problem. I can get mirroring on my old iPad 4 and on my iPhone se but not on my new iPad Air!
