green glitches

Phone was water damage with cracked front screen during storm. Now having green glitches appear throughout use and in upper right hand corner where crack is. Is this dangerous to use? What are next steps?

iphone 8 water damaged So I was out biking and it started thunder storming. My iPhone screen has some cracks near the bottom and top on the side, you can see the inside of it. Anyways, when I got home there were weird lines on the top of the screen and and the bottom right section of my phone is unresponsive, near the delete key when you get the keyboard up. Will soaking it in rice fix it? or is there any ways for me to fix this at home without opening it

Next step is to click on the Contact Support link at the top of this page to start the service process and do an out-of-warranty replacement of your iPhone. iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
