Hi, i've need to update my payment method to pay to Cloud. I've USA account then apple don't want my updated Vietnamese credit card. Now i want to change country, but apple ask me to finish my balance credit. How to clear it cause it only left few dollars. Thanks for your advice

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
