Iphone won't send group SMS to NON Iphone users over Wifi

I have Iphone 7 for years all of a sudden it stopped sending group SMS to NON Ipone users over Wifi, if I turn off Wifi it works. Please help!

Thanks - I was able to resolve the issue by disabling 'imessage' deleting the group on text that had combination of iphone and android users. Then I enabled 'imessage' and recreated the same group again and it worked. Now the text is send to users iphone and android new group using wifi. Probably something was corrupted with the android user in the chat group.
