Ipad 12.9 (2018) turn to blank screen

should i pay for repair at RM2750, when this ipad cannot turn on after charging via pc.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

Very few PCs will be able to charge an iPad Pro from USB. Most USB ports cannot provide adequate power to charge an iPad - many computer USB ports being limited to only 0.5-1A at 5V (i.e., 2.5-5W). iPad Pro requires a minimum of 10-12W to charge, ideally 18W.

The Power Adapter supplied with your iPad will meet at least the minimum charging needs of your iPad. Are you not using your Power Adapter for any particular reason?

I m actually using my ipad with Duet Display for ipad to be my second screen which connected to Dell Precision Notebook. I had leave my notebook and ipad on standby mode, for 2 hours. When i need to continues my work, ipad the second screen for my notebook is not able to switch on. Nothing appear on screen, which turn to dark/blank.

i m leaving the ipad, for an hour, which is still have at least 60% battery, on standby. I m attending a meeting. i just wonder why ipad turn to black screen
