Request Support from Apple:
Seems it needs to be disassociated from his Apple Account. Apple Accounts cannot be merged. So, all of his applications will not work on yours. So, if you have your own Apple ID, and not his, then delete this apps from your iPhone. Hold down on an app on the screen, then click the "X".
