So I couldn't update my iPad and iTunes wouldn't recognize my iPad air 2. So i reset my iPad to factory and rebooted everything.
Still NOTHING. What in the world can I do. iPad it factory reset. The cable is good. iTunes us up to date.
My iPhone works just fine with everything.
