Lost Sound effects
Hi folks
FCP seems to have lost i-life and FCP sound effects. I can see them in the system files but FCP just does not want to identify them. Anyone know how to get them re-instated in FCP music?

If you still have the sound effects on your hard drive, copy or just drag them into the FCP Sound Effects folder as shown here.

The iLife sound effects are in iMovie, download that.
The FCP X effects are available through the Additional Content from the FCP X file menu.
Any idea why they went missing?
Al
I don't know when they went missing or how they went missing.
Thanks Ian.
I this worked....Thank you very much
