how do I send music from iTunes to iPhone. My iPhone is on my account but my music is on my PC only.

If it is only iTunes purchased music just log in to your Apple ID on your phone and it will appear in the music app. If you have music from other sources (ripped CDs, MP3s, etc) in your iTunes library you will have to sync your iPhone with iTunes on your PC. Here are instructions—>Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer - Apple Support

Another option is iTunes Match—>Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support. Note that there is an annual fee for iTunes Match.
