I want to report iOne. my product under Coverage but they not accept

I was wondering what is Service Warranty mean? I bought a Mac 16" 2019 with 1 year warranty. but when my trackpad have problem I take to iOne ( Cambodia Authorize Service ) but they not accept. they ask me take to where I bought. that's funny. do I have to travel to USA or Canada for this? please reply me as soon as u see.

You've posted this in a user forum, where users are helping other users. For your issue, you'd need to contact Apple directly. For example, via their website here: https://getsupport.apple.com

You might be able to send your trackpad in or perhaps have them send you a new one, but you'll have to check with Apple directly.
