Hi kenjans,

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. Congratulations on your new iPhone! It sounds like the old device is still active and that's is where your calls are going, correct? If so, we'd like to help! There are a couple of things that may be the causing the calls to route to the old device. Let's go over the basics first.

Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you're switching from one iPhone to another, you will want to make sure you've signed out of the old iPhone completely after your data is transferred to the new device.

If you re staying with the same carrier, you should move your SIM card from the old device to the new device. If you have done that, or have switched to a different carrier, you may try contacting them to ensure they have the new device serial number set as active on your account.

Below are a couple of other helpful links that should help to resolve the issue for you.

If you can't activate your iPhone

Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. We're always happy to help.

Cheers!
