I have iPod touch 6th generation and I still don’t have option to update to IOS 13 but instead is stuck on 12.4.6.

Oh my bad. It is already 12.4.9
so just bad luck and will keep using It like this.
I wanted to use dark mode on it, but unfortunately it looks like I cannot.
