The download link for macOS Catalina doesn't work for me.

I get a “Connecting to the Mac App Store…” page, which prompts me to pick iTunes or the App Store or another application.

When I pick the App Store, my App Store application opens, but I get a “Cannot connect to App Store” dialog. (Though the application works fine for other things.)

Choosing iTunes gives me an “Item not available” dialog.

I’m using a Mac Mini (late 2014), running Mojave, with an upgraded SSD hard drive, and over 900 GB of free space.

OK, this worked. I had been using Firefox, so I guess that was the problem. Thanks!
