I’m not getting messages on my iPad for the verification code

Ensure that your iPad and your iPhone are signed into the same Apple ID.

After that go to ➔ www.appleid.apple.com and sign in there with the same Apple ID. Review your information. Ensure that the Trusted email addresses, phone numbers and devices are listed accurately. If your iPad is not listed in the trusted devices list then add it. After that you should receive verification codes on your iPad.

Check the Internet Connection of your iPad. Be sure that your device is connected to internet. Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for you to receive the verification code. Your other devices might also receive the notification for verification code that you need. Be patient.

What is the reason for you to receive a verification code? Is it a Sign in to a new Apple Product (iPhone, iPad, Macbook etc.)?
