Activation Unsuccessful

Hello, I've recently purchased an iphone XR and everytime I try to activate imessage and facetime it results in it being unsuccessful. Please guide. Thank you

Follow these steps, including contacting Apple support after the recommended time limit. If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
