When I switch the iPad Pro on I get a random result sometimes a bright screen and sometimes a dark screen, it is annoying in an early morning when its dark and I switch on if the screen is at full brightness.
How to make it so when I switch on its the same brightness as when I left it.

You have to turn off auto adjust brightness
Settings –> Accessibility –> Display and Text Size
Scroll to the bottom and toggle auto-brightness off
screen on iPad pro keeps changing brightness when switched on
