how do i stop screen from going black after 10 sec? If i tap it it comes back to lock screen, but i am not required to enter password, just swipe up to get to screen with icons

You should go to settings>Display and Brightness>Auto lock. There you can select the amount of time the phone will automatic sleep.

That does not work. After 10 sec the screen goes dark and then when u touch screen it comes back on To Lock Screen but I don’t have to reenter password just swipe up from bottom of screen to get back to home
