How can I get back Deleted text message from two people on a certain date that has been deleted and the phone has been factory reset and no longer there plus at the time I didn’t have iMessages on iCloud is there a way I can retrieve them it’s for a court case and I really need it
If you had messages in iCloud turned on Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support and those messages were deleted, then they are permanently gone. If that feature wasn't turned on, you can restore from a backup -- Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support.

I believe the only possibility is that you may have a backup with the messages saved. Try the methods listed in this document:
