when i choose speaker during a phone call, another one of my devices pops up as a speaker option. How do i get rid of that device as an speaker option ? I have already signed out of the the device that comes up

You can elect to turn OFF Calls on other Devices.
Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Calls on other Devices : You can either set this to OFF or you can leave some device to ON and some to OFF.
