From the partial serial number it appears you have a MBPro 13" (mid-2012). There are no product recalls and no free repair programs (except perhaps for the hard drive SATA Cable if the laptop is less than three years old).
FYI, there is a big difference between a "recall" and a "free repair program" or "repair extension program". A "recall" is for safety issues while the latter "repair programs" are voluntary programs offered by Apple to repair manufacturing defects.
