iTunes Store account disabled.

I have tried updating my credit card information. I get the note that on App Store and i tunes I am disabled . Can you inform the reason and set this issue at rest

I am unable to update my payment method despite following the directions

Hello,

according to If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you should contact Apple Support for help.

I hope this solved your problem!
