Returning my iPhone

Recently I bought a new iPhone 12 Pro but I want to return it. 12/09/2020 I sent an email to the retailer shop through which I bought it online to know the procedure for returning but they didn't reply to me. I also tried to call them over the phone but they are not picking the phone.

If you purchased from Apple, you have 14 days to return the device for a refund. You would need to contact Apple about arranging a return. Use the Contact Support link at the top of the page here to contact them.


If you purchased from a retailer other than Apple, you need to contact that retailer to ask about their return policies and how to arrange a return.
