Why "Do not Disturb" mode is always enabled when i startup my Macbook?

Every time i start up my Macbook, I have the "Do not disturb" mode enabled automatically on. When I go to System Preferences -> Notifications -> Do not disturb, none of the checkbox are marked.

How can i fix it? Its really annoying that is always enabled, I need to manually disable it on sidebar every time i startup my computer.

Can anyone please help me?

Thank you!

Try the usual: restart in Safe Mode; reset NVRAM and SMC.
