How to activate ECG on Apple Watch bought in UAE?
How can i activate the ECG in Egypt, I bought my Apple Watch 6 from UAE?

You cannot;
For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;
A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and
B.the government of the country in which you reside.
The government of Egypt haven't approved it yet.
