Refund issue

I sent refund request for an app purchase apple approved my request of refund but amount not credited even after multiple days when will i get money back

When will I receive refunded money? I requested a refund for an app I bough using my Apple Balance. When Apple approved my refund I didn’t receive my money and I still have access to the app. In purchases history it shows this-

Haven't received refund When making an in app purchase I got charged twice so I requested a refund and the status says refunded. I checked my bank account and haven't received a refund 4 days later. Why haven't I received the money back?
