i am unable to delete my bank card details as I have an active subscription but I have added money via an iTunes voucher, I wish to subscribe to an app but want to use the iTunes rather than the direct debit?

The gift card's credit will be used first when allowed, but you need to have a different payment method on file to subscribe, even if that method wouldn't be charged.
