3 months of Apple Fitness +

I recently purchased an Nike Apple Watch Series 6 and the promo said that I would receive 3 free months of Apple Fitness+ for buying a new watch. I received the watch today, but I can't figure out how to get the 3 free months. Can someone help me out?
