I accidentally canceled my free 1 year subscription for apple tv, I did it by mistake because I wanted to cancel another subscription but made the wrong buttons. Can you tell me if everything can be returned back?

In order to cancel you would have to not only select the Apple TV Plus subscription and hit cancel, but also accept the prompt to confirm it (which also states exactly what you are cancelling and that it will immediately cancel the trial). As per the terms it cannot be reactivated.
