Hey, I can’t activate my 1 year free subscription. I think because I have already a subscription witch ends July.

what should I do to activate my one year free plan?

it ends soon and I must activate it as soon as possible.

Contact the Apple Support staff to see if that is possible, and how to proceed in getting that.

If you plan to add a new free year to your existing free year, then that is not possible. One offer per client.
