Mac Reset

Hiya,

I tried to factory reset my Mac with mojave - I used disk utility to wipe the previous stuff on it but it ran out of charge and when I recharged it I think it has restarted the whole laptop because it’s showing a flashing folder with a question mark on it. Does anyone know what to do with it next?? I’ve tried to go into recovery mode again and it won’t let me.
