Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

my account is disabled in itunes and app store

When I try to update or download an App.

I get a pop up message:

” your account has been disabled in iTunes and App Store “

I tried changing my password but that didn’t work.

what can I do?

it used to work, now it doesn’t

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
