I can’t delete apps

So, I’m trying to delete some apps, but it’s doesn’t work. Only removing to the library, but I don’t need some apps, I want delete them

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps [Allow]
