Bank of America App Not Working

I have an iPhone 6 running 12.5.1sofware version. My Bank of America App is not working. I have updated software whenever indicated. Any tips for getting the Bank of America App working?

HDFC Mobile banking app is not working in my iPhone 13 Pro(iOS 16.1) My hdfc mobile banking app is not working and it’s showing error “My device is jail brocken”. But my device isn’t jail broken. Im trying to add a app from Bank of America and it’s not letting me it’s saying I need a iOS 13. Or later what can I do Im trying to add a app from Bank of America and it not letting me . It’s telling me I need a iOS 13.0 or later to get the app what can I do
