Certain apps won’t delete completely from my phone they’ve been going into the app library I don’t want them there I want them deleted from my phone

Some of Apple’s apps like Safari or Messages cannot be deleted.
Also make sure to turn off Screen Time completely.

There’s no option to delete certain apps , they just go to the app to the library
