Can’t connect to internet in hotel

My apple devices are connecting to WiFi in hire but it doesn’t work ! My husband on other hand is able to connect as well as use it very well. So I am sure it’s not network problem, it’s apple problem. Can anyone help with what’s happening? So frustrating.
