iPad activation lock
I have a old iPad but I forgot the Apple ID that it’s linked with I went to Apple already but They said to contact you guys since we have no receipts

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. How I can see your activation lock on your iPad I'm sorry to hear about that. But without a recipe, the Apple customer team cant remove the activation lock from your iPad if you don't have a recipe of your device with a serial number on the recipe. The reason is a security that someone cant stole your iPad.
