If you have an iPhone 6s or newer then you may update your iPhone to iOS version 14.x.x. If your iPhone is an iPhone 6 or older then iOS version 14.x.x cannot be installed due hardware limitations.

That is correct. iOS version 12.5.2 is the end of the road for your iPhone 6 Plus.
By the way, iOS version 13.x is no longer available for installation. BUT, even if it were, then it could not have been installed on an iPhone 6 or an iPhone 6 Plus and older iPhones.

An unit running 12.5.2 isn't capable of 13 or above.
