How can I disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth using control center

I heard that apple changed the functionality of control center and you can't turn off bluetooth and wifi permanently using control center , is this true?

I wanna disable my connection using control center and I don't wanna "disable nearby connection until tomorrow"

Apple totally ruined the purpose of control center and I must do this like old iPhone in settings.

How ever I read an article that apple brought back that feature. is this right ? can I turn off my wifi again using control center.
