My 10.15.7 Catalina tells me that I already have the last 10.5 FCPX update (it is written "open" instead of "download" in the App store) but it's not true, I still have FCPX 10.4
What can I do to install the newest version ? Please help.

If you are looking at your account (bottom left), that is normal.
Are you looking under your purchases or under "Updates"?
If you can't find it in Updates, drag your existing application to the trash, but don't empty yet; then go to the App Store again, click on your account and it should say Download.

Log into the App Store with the Apple ID used to purchase the application. Click the icon in the lower left to access your Purchased page. Find the application. You should be able to download it from there. If you can't move your current version to the trash (don't empty it) and try again.
