Do not disturb while driving

All of a sudden my phones thinks I am

driving abs not notifying me of text messages. I can not figure out how to disable this. When my screen is locked I get this message - can you help

Settings>Do Not Disturb>Do Not Disturb While Driving>Activate>Manually. If you have CarPlay, turn off Activate With CarPlay as well.
