reset my security questions

I have an iPhone 4 for many years, and I want to login to my phone, the phone told me I need to use the  ID to log in, but when I login the system told me that I need to provide my security questions, as I didn't use this phone for several years and I forget my security questions when I try to reset my security questions about my account, the web page shows "We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."

And I want to get help to get my  Id back as I have a lot of pictures in my account.

my apple ID is, and I have my password in my hand.please help me with my security questions so that I can login to my account.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.

Based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.

Hi,

Go to iforgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID, then select Continue.
Choose the option to reset your security questions, then select Continue.
Enter your Apple ID password, then select Continue.
Follow the onscreen steps to verify your identity. ...
Choose new security questions and answers and select Continue.
